🕯️ ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

What are Hëra candles made of?

All our candles are made with 100% natural, plant-based soy wax, phthalate-free premium fragrances, and no toxic ingredients. They are Cruelty-Free and vegan. Each candle is packaged in a reusable glass jar with a metal lid and has a net weight of approximately 155 g.

What are wax melts?

Wax melts are wickless scented wax tarts that are melted in an electric or tea light warmer to fragrance the air without a direct flame. They are ideal if you are looking for a safer option or if you have pets or children at home. Each unit has a net weight of approximately 65 g.

How long does a Hëra candle last?

A 155 g candle lasts approximately 35 to 40 hours if the usage instructions are followed: burn for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time, keep the wick trimmed to 5 mm, and avoid drafts.

How long do wax melts last?

Each wax melt portion fragrances the air for approximately 8 to 12 hours. Once the scent fades, remove the wax from the warmer and place a new portion.

Are the fragrances natural?

We use high-concentration premium fragrances, phthalate-free and without toxic ingredients, specifically formulated for use in candles and wax melts.

Are they safe for people with allergies?

Our products are made without toxins or phthalates. If you have specific allergies, please email us at info@heraaroma.es before purchasing, and we will inform you of the full composition.

Are they suitable for homes with pets?

Being made of natural soy wax and non-toxic, they are safer than paraffin candles. However, we recommend not leaving candles burning unsupervised and ensuring good ventilation, especially with birds or cats.

Can I order a custom fragrance?

Currently, we do not offer custom fragrances in our online store, but you can email us at info@heraaroma.es to inquire about special options.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times:

Standard Spain: 3-5 business days — €3.99
Express Spain: 1-2 business days — €5.99
Free shipping in Spain for orders over €35
Europe: 4-7 business days — €12.99
Local pickup in Reus — free

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we offer free local pickup in Reus (Tarragona). After confirming your order, we will contact you to arrange a day and time.

Which carriers do you work with?

We work with Correos, SEUR, and Mondial Relay.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Email us at info@heraaroma.es.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Photograph the package before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@heraaroma.es. We will resolve it immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund will arrive within 10 business days to your original payment method.
